Refunds & the Release Gate Warranty

If you show that an S1 blocking finding was a false block, we refund that report.

Scope

This warranty applies to the exact project revision identified in the report. It covers an S1 finding that incorrectly blocks that revision under the named rule and tool version.

This refund does not cover S2 or S3 findings, circuit function, firmware, RF, EMC, signal integrity, thermal or mechanical performance, safety, compliance, component behavior beyond the reported check, requirements you didn’t provide, fabrication, assembly, shipping, or later project changes.

Release Gate Warranty

If you show that an S1 blocking finding was a false block, MakeIRL will refund the fee paid for that report. Send the report, the finding, and the evidence that the named rule was applied incorrectly to [email protected].
